Dallas council members accumulate travel miles

Just how much money shall you spend on your efforts to improve relations with other cities? I do not know about your city's council, but the Dallas city council is definitely willing to spend a lot of taxpayer money to improve the relationship of Dallas with nearby cities and countries--and eventually become "world-class."
