Sir John Muria Called to Supreme Court

Novelo's Must Pay Court Costs

This afternoon saw the beginning of the Novelo brother's case against the Development Finance Corporation and their application was completely dismissed and they are ordered to pay court costs as neither they nor their attorney showed up.

Follow Up on Murder in Ladyville

We reported on a murder which took place in the afternoon in Belize City. It is now know that this murder was the act of revenge and tragedy. Koffi Beeks has left behind a 4 year old son who will have to be told eventually what happened to his father.

Children See Violent Crimes

Younger children were asked how much they knew about violent crimes and the people asking were surprised at just how much they really knew. Things like neighbors burning down the childs house, being on the scene of violent killings, even killings happening right in front of their faces. Is it any wonder these children grow up knowing violence and follow suit?
