As advised by the IUCN, Los Katios National Park and Belize Barrier Reef System were recently added to the list of World Heritage in danger. IUNC have observed alarming mangrove cutting in Belize. By putting Los Katios National Park in Columbia and Belize Barrier Reef System, World Heritage Committee ensures protection to this world wild life heritage.
